Hetzel Care Center serves:

·         Individuals in need of a transition place in order to regain the strength to return back home.  We offer onsite Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy, Speech Therapy and Restorative Therapy.

·         Individuals in need of 24/7 skilled nursing care.  We are continentally making changes to create the highest possible quality of life for our residents as possible.
